- New control strategies aimed at optimising building performance, control and tenant comfort.
- A new Integrated Communications Network (ICN) throughout the building.
- A new Energy Management System complete with automatic and user configurable reporting.
- New graphics dashboards built to provide quick and valuable insights into building operational performance.
Outcome
The project was completed on time and within budget with minimal disruption to building operations and tenants throughout the delivery period.
